Remembering Rollie Winter

Among his many achievements in local, state and national politics, Rollie served as chair of the LCDC in 1999 and 2000.  We honor him for all that he did for us.  Rollie died at age 85 on Saturday, February 17.  You can read more about Rollie in his obituary.  As mentioned in the obituary, a celebration of Rollie’s life, followed by a reception, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, at The Parish House, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 105 East Washington Street, Middleburg, Virginia.
