What Does the Grassroots Engagement Committee Do?

The Grassroots Engagement Committee builds strong connections between LCDC and outside organizations that share our Core Values. Our mission is to:

• Collaborate with Like-Minded Organizations – We work with groups that align with our values to amplify our candidates’ voices and share relevant events with our members.

• Identify Key Issues – We listen to partner organizations to understand the issues that matter to them and bring those concerns to our candidates and the LCDC Issues Committee for action.

Do I need to belong to an outside organization to join this committee?
No! You don’t need to be a formal member of any group. We simply encourage engagement and the exchange of information.
